1st time see a doctor/Take appointment for sleep study test.
2nd time Sleep Study Test. ( Please come to Clinic by 7pm )
3rd time We will send the test results directly to TRICARE.
( The result is Two weeks later )

Sleep study charge and Examination and Document fee charge ￥140,250
MSLT fee charge Examination and Document fee charge ￥280,500

Unfortunately,many of our medical staff at the clinic are not capable of speaking English fluently.
Therefore,during the sleep test,please respond to questions our staff ask as simple as possible,
i.e.’ YES ,NO,OK, I CAN’T and very short phrases. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
