1st time	see a doctor/Take appointment for sleep study test.
2nd time	Sleep Study Test. ( Please come to Clinic by 6pm )
3rd time	We will send the test results directly to TRICARE. ( The result is Two weeks later )

For foreigners who do not have Japanese insurance, the fee will be calculated at 225% of the Japanese insured medical treatment rate.

Unfortunately,many of our medical staff at the clinic are not capable of speaking English fluently. Therefore,during the sleep test,please respond to questions our staff ask as simple as possible, i.e.’ YES ,NO,OK, I CAN’T and very short phrases. Your cooperation will be appreciated.
